Account data: your email address and sign-in method.

Recordings, transcripts, notes, flashcards and quizzes from your classes.

Answers from your Learning profile, if you give them. Apart from education level, they are optional.

To record your classes, prepare study materials and show them to you.

We do not use it for advertising.

External providers prepare the transcript and notes on our behalf.

Before the first recording goes to them, we ask for separate consent. It describes the providers, the data and the countries of processing.

A recording also contains the lecturer and the class participants.

We label roles, but we do not recognise anyone by voice. You can hide audience speech.

You can withdraw consent to AI processing in Settings. Recordings then stay in your account but are not processed.

Consents for analytics and marketing are separate and off by default.

You can download your data and delete your account in Settings.

On the free plan we delete raw audio 30 days after transcription, with prior notice. Notes and transcripts stay.

An account requires being at least 16.
