Report it in the app
- Open Settings: the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Choose “Got a problem or an idea?”.
- Describe it and send.
Found a mistake in notes, flashcards, a quiz or an answer? Use “Report an error” next to it.
Account and subscription
Can’t sign in? Write from your account’s e-mail address and we will help.
Manage or cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription in the store. Deleting your account does not cancel it.
Other matters
Report security vulnerabilities to [email protected]. Illegal content and lecturer requests have their own forms.
