- Choose “Got a problem or an idea?”.
- Describe it and send.
Found a mistake in notes, flashcards, a quiz or an answer? Use “Report an error” next to it.
On iPhone you can also send feedback with a screenshot in the TestFlight app.
By e-mail
A long description, several screenshots or an idea for a feature? Write to the support address with the subject “Beta”.
What to include
- Phone model, system version and app version.
- What you do step by step before the problem appears.
- What happened and what you expected.
- A screenshot if something looks wrong.
Don’t send class recordings or other people’s data. A description and a screenshot are enough.
